"Low back and psoas relaxer" quick tutorial
The psoas (pronounced so-as) is one of our deepest muscles. When it's tight, our low back can feel tight and sore. If you can get down on the floor easily, this exercise is excellent for easing that low back tightness. I do it almost every day.

I have found The Chi Machine to be very helpful for quite a few conditions. It can be a good adjunct to the work and excellent "home care" between sessions. Check it out on this video. If you're thinking of buying one, let me know.

Following is an article that speaks to how linear stretching does not create true flexibility. Non-linear movement and isometric pressure seem to generate the best results. That's what we do here!
